國民黨立委蔣萬安今在立法院質詢時說，今年元旦起，勞基法法定工時從雙周84小時降為每周40小時，但不少企業以輪班等方式逃避實施周休二日，應直接修法規定周休「2」日。但勞動部長陳雄文說，很多勞動權益必須逐步到位，否則反而恐「呷緊弄破碗」。勞基法縮短工時案今年實施，由於每天法定工時8小時，每周工時40小時，相當於工作5天，勞工形同周休二日。但蔣萬安質詢時說，僅是縮短工時無法讓勞工真正落實周休二日，應直接將勞基法第36條規定：「勞工每七日中至少應有一日之休息，作為例假」，直接修法改為應有二日之休息。不過，陳雄文說，很多勞工權益是要花5年、10年才會一步到位，要是一步到位讓有些企業經營不下去，反而害到勞工，「我勞動部長不該講這樣的話，但他必須講。」因而這樣反而會「呷緊弄破碗」。立委蔣萬安認為，要落實勞工周休二日，應直接修法明訂，而非透過縮短工時。記者許俊偉／攝影 分享 facebook twitter pinterest
